Homework 1

I thought the article was very interesting.  I never noticed how street signs could be designed badly.  An everyday person may not realize the bad street sign but a designer will. I work at UPS and it was cool to read about how UPS changed its design in the past.  I never knew they changed there logo.  Overall, I liked this article.

This article was very interesting when reading it. It’s crazy how Neil was put in jail for over two years for what he did. He did deserve it but it’s crazy how he pulled it off. It shows how powerful just the branding of a product can be to humans. It shows how just the branding and packaging of a product can be the result of how successful it becomes.  I learned a lot from this and was quite amazed.

Dustin Stanton obviously knows a lot when it comes to this subject. He has been working with PTA for the past 14 years.  He started small and worked hard and found big opportunities.  He went his own way and turned out super successful.  I’m definitely going to use some of the advise he talked about when answering questions.
